City View from Under the Rooftop Pergola

​On College Hill in Auckland City, 3 businesses combined resources to create an awesome outdoor room. During work breaks, they all head out onto the 3rd floor balcony to get some fresh air. Rain, hail or shine. The space is also used for functions and even kids parties.

Looking Back at the Roof Cover

​This project combines 2 different roof cover systems. A 3 bay roof louvre system and the ClearVue Pergola system with Tinted Acrylic Panels. Apart from cost savings, extending the cover out from the Louvres with the Pergola adds interest and allows more light in when the louvres are closed from rain.

​Another party completed the Louvres and Outdoor Structures Ltd was called in to add the ClearVue framing and panels. The clients are wrapped with the finished product.

​When contemplating options on your next outdoor covered area, remember that you do not have to stick to just one type of system. Maybe a combination of systems could be the right solution for your space.
